Giorgi625 You must use Advanced Module Manager

If you don't want the "overhead" of 3rd-party extensions:
- AMM Advanced Module Manager
- MetaMod

You might also try my suggestion from my first comment in the mentioned topic ;)
See below...

One possible solution and trick is to configure your type parameters differently.

Go to YourType -> Properties -> Menu Item ID parameter

Usually, this is the menuItem of the corresponding Section.
But you can change it to any other MenuItem.
The selected MenuItem is responsible for the displayed modules.
Either choose an existing one that does not have your Filter module assigned,
or you may even create a special "shadow" menu and item for it.

You will see the modules on submission and record full view.

Wow! worked perfectly I created a hidden menu with joomlas default article (full article) and selected it in the type menu-item-id worked like a charm now I can controll modules on full article & submission pages with the original module menu options without the need for extra extension. Thanks to everyone who responded I do appreciate your help.
