Is it possible to add content in content?

What I mean is that I would like to make a data entry form and inside that form to use conent again to enter specific elements of that. You can see the picture to understand what I mean.

Thanks.

Yes, I absolutely understand what you mean. I have been already discussing it with some of our customers. I do not remember why but there was some problems why we did not do it.

May be it is time to add such a field with will allow to do what you need.

Isn't it content with "Relation" fields ?

Not exactly. In relation you cannot add related record on the form of parent record. You can only attach selected.

Another thing it always runs queries to render list. In this case it is simple array of data. Miniform or sub-form.

I think we will create this field in the future because it is not first case people want it.

I see. I thought the different display options apply also for "new". They are only working for "attach". I expected i could use "popup" or "modal" window to create a child entry. :-( Please, would you consider to add a modal display? That would keep the user on the same page/parent form. (sort of)

Even this. I mean relations, Comments may solve the problem but not completely. We are talcing about field with multiple value property. It is like multilevelseelct but it has few elements instead of one.

I am aware that this topic targets a "repeatable" field. But i still think a real relation is more powerful. If the feature and workflow could be extended in this direction:

Relation field - Add new child/parent on submission form - Multiple selection
