feature request: open outgoing links in NEW window/Tab

hi,

When I open the backend page of Emerald, on the About page, there are several buttons and links all pointing to mintjoomla.com, which is an external website, to my domain.

However, if I click on one of those buttons of links, the target will be open in the current browser window/tab. This is very bad because it forced me left my own website backend.

So, I hope you will add a "target=_blank" attribute to those outgoing/external links.

I just updated to the latest v9.384 today and found that you had add "open in new window" feature to those backend buttons. That is great.

However, you forgot one: the "forum" link on the left side menu.

Please fix this one also.

Oh, it seems that the Bold bbcode on your forum editor did not work.

Bold did not work because after ** you had whitespace. This is Markdown. There should be no space like this **Text in bold**

I cannot change that link. I use Joomla API JHtmlSidebar::addEntry to ad that element. I cannot affect how it works.

If you can not make that sidebar menu open in a new window, could you please remove it from sidebar menu ? Just keep the button on Emerald Control Panel.

I want it to be very wisible and accessible. You can click links with ctrl key to open them in new window. I would prefer to keep that link there. The fact it is easely discoverable is much more important than fact it open in the same window.
