The way they describe "upload" just requires an editor like JCE (or similar) installed.

Unfortunately I cannot answer you. I have to download extension and spend half of the day attempting to understand and learn all its features just to tell you if you can do the same.

And in fact you are one of the people who have te be asked this question but not one who ask :)
