Hello, I noticed that on MintJoomla notifications options window (modal) has no styling. Since modal and tabs belong to Joomla MooTools, I think it should have a default styling... maybe this is a special issue with your YT warp template?! If not, i would suggest to put minimal default styling in your Cobalt CSS (if there is one, like styles.css in ME Resources).

Or is there any better solution?

The modal window content is pure component.php view, Joomla system CSS files do not include tab and slider styles for frontend. So, i guess you have to add it anywhere in your files...

(BTW, noticed that also Beez-template needs extra styles in layout.css)

This is totally depends on template. In joomla there is special template file component.php with display this things. Look you component.php file in template root and add there core CSS files. YT just does not care about this file to much.

It will run into other problem. On templates with good stiles my simple styles will spoil good styles of template and people will ask me why it looks so ugly.

It is like sausage, it has 2 ends.

They should definitely put simple styles for tabs/sliders into system or general CSS

And it takes years! :)
