Just noticed that all 3 filter selectboxes disappear on smaller screens. Try to reduce window size in J! Protostar template...
Normal (fluid) appearance:
Narrow screen:
Some controls are hidden under the search input, because of float properties. Overlapping can be resolved with CSS adjustments.
But the totally hidden selectboxes are strange.
