Please, could you do something about this (possible) behavior? IMHO, a show-stopper for the all-in-one installation. The major benefit is to save time on updates.

Does it replace the whole cobalt folder structure?

Or does it occur occasionally?

What about Joomla Overrides feature? Can it be used?

We have discovered why it happens. It happens when you install for example free pack and then all pack over. But if you install the same package over, templates wil not be lost.

And you know that any template is possible to override in joomla template

BTW, field templates work also with J! HTML overrides?
