inherit option dont work on categories and subcategories

parameters inside templates don't take config from their parent config on section. i did all parameters manually. also language don't inherit from section and many other parameters.

also i get this error:

when i change tempalte parameters, i think it's already solved as you told me in the other topic.

Those parameters all inherit from section parameters not from parent category. Those are not automatically selected by default. Inherit means that section parameter will be used.
