Cobalt Forum - Click on new topics does not open notification center

This is not meant to go to list of notified topic in category. This is meant to go to category itself.

Only Section main number is the link to all topics with notifications.

Do you think it is critical if I leave it like this?

Not critical .. just for consistency

I have styles it in category list and topics list. Will add now styles to comments.
