After increasing the memory limit to 512 MB and the max execution time to 90 sec in php.ini, i receive following error:

Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.

I this that was mechanism that was looking for confirmation of file on the disc with filed in the DB. And try to delete all files that was uploaded but have no connection to DB.

80 000 fails * 45 bite name. Plus work with the disc. I think that was the reason. On the other hand somehow we need to check it too.
