It seems the vertical markup and vertical filter template is missing in the advanced template set.

That is right. Advanced template pack is way not complete. For now there is all we have but there are bigger plans for this templarte pack.

Since the comment in the template says "This template should be generally used with Vertical - Markup template and Vertical - Filters.", i would expect these templates to be part of it, otherwise what is the sense of it?
