in any ..

example:

go to a type and add a new field. just look at "Field Label" o the right side.

because there is no icon selected yet, it will display the broken link... you can see it in the page source as well

When I create or edit field I just see something like that:

That it is why I ask. Currently I don`t know how reproduce this error. I use Cobalt 7 build 8000

i see.. you are using firefox... firefox will not display broken links/missing images by default.

Please see this article.

You will see the problem in IE, Chrome etc ... :D

Ok. Browsers except FF shows this broken link. I passed this information to developers as well as list of icons go over the form.

P.S. It is one of the pluses to use FireFox
