MultiLevelSelect can not delete existing records

clicking on the "-" does not have any impact and i can not delete the record.

It some confusing interface, this is not delete, this is just cancel. This field hasn't deletion from front end.

Editing from the backend is also not so "intuitive". .. I just hit the wrong button and a second level element was deleted .. --> also the 3rd level got deleted automatically. I needed to restore edit quite some records to "fix"it .

if you do not see icons looks like media pack is not installed. Can you see source of button is there tag and if it shows correct path.
