Most probably related to the new introduced audit log- deletion of files.

When you try to delete several files, only 1 is deleted, others will not act on it. Sometimes even 1 file can not be deleted, it still shows up.

I hate errors which I cannot reproduce :) I am able to upload and delete all files.

Can you turn on console and look to network and see requests set to server responses?
