In Resources was "Alias Transliterate" option in SEO configuration. I can't find this option in Cobalt. Maybe I'm looking in wrong place?

When I set any title on Russian, alias will be generated as a date and time.

I confirm it too. It more looks like a bug as alias is missed if article isn`t in Roman alphabet. I ll pass this information to developers

Joomla 2.5 has own system of transliteration. If you want russian letters in aliase just set Global Configuration => Site => Site settings => SEO Settings => Unicode Aliases to "YES". If you want transliterate russian characters to english just install russian language.
