Hello,

For featured articles we have a special class="article-featured" and they always are above all other articles in blog mode.

I think that for expired articles we also need a special class="expired-article" and they should be always below all other articles in blog mode.

It will be logicaly and we will have a possibility to style expired articles.

It is possible to add class in template. But to sor it last is not easy I think. Only if you explicitly sort by expiration date. But if you sort by title very hard to sort expired articles to bottom.

Also they are not always in the list. Usually expired articles are not shown unless it is set to show expired articles.

BTW, records module lacks time related options. ME Resources module had much more features in this regards. It might have the options:

  • Show only expired
  • Show only future records
  • Show only archived

  • Time periods / time-frames would be really useful, too.

(i modified ME Resources module to show common periods, like 1 year / 1quarter / 1month / 1week / 1day. Which is useful for an up-coming events teaser module)

Thanks for listening.
