Question about adapter "Comments Cobalt" and Events

Did you allow your user to follow a certain section/category/records? (see ACL in Section's events parameters)

Something strange... Events about new comments start working only after I pressed an eye icon near article title... But at a first step I have pressed follow section, isn't it enough for following all articles in this section and their comments? Why user need to press eye icon for each article separatly to reseive events of new comments if he already following full section?

After more experiments, I will try to explain where is a possible problem with events and comments.

In my project I use cobalt as a ticket system, so all users articles are saved with access level - Special (and here I think is a problem). For comments I have a separate section and separate type. Comments are connected to parent article with adapter "Comments Cobalt". All comments are saved with access level - Special.

In Events parameters all setting are set to Registered level.

If user create a new article, it will be with level Special. User didn't see an eye icon near title and in "Notifications and Follows Settings" user didn't see his new article in block "Articles Follows". Thats why user didn't see any notifications for his article, because it's not connected to him!

If I change default access level for articles back to Registered and user create new article, he will see an eye icon near title (in activated state) and in "Notifications and Follows Settings" user will see that this new article are connected to him in "Articles Follows". Only after this event system works as usual and user can receive all notifications about new comments.

So problem is somethere in access levels.

And second question about Notifications and Follows Settings and cobalt as ticket system. In block "Articles Follows" user with access level - Special, can press "Follow all unfollowed articles" and start folowing for all articles in section also with access level Special. User will have notification from another user's articles and in "Notifications" user can see full history what happends with all another user's articles. I think if user has Special access level he should not have an oportunity to follow all articles in section from other users, baceuse itš not good to see all history from another users.

Слежение за разделом работает только на уведомления о новых статьях, но не о событиях в нутри статей. Для этого нужно подписываться на статью. Если вы хотите что бы это происходило автоматически, то в центре уведомлений есть такая настройка, что бы подписываться на статьи автоматически.

В реале, Кобальт должен автоматически подписывать пользователй на создание ими статьи. Если этого не происходит, значит просто, гдето настрока какаято стоит.
