New and Existing category will not publish

Hello,

I am able to create a new category, but I cannot get it to publish. I also tried publishing an existing category that is not published, and it also would not publish. The new one did save, but stays as unpublished. How can I fix it. It was working a few months ago, but I haven't needed to add one in a while. I have not changed any settings.

Hello did you install last update ? because i think it has beed fixed few weeks ago

Hi Clowride,

Thank you. I updated it and it started working. I also realized my subscription ran out, thus I did not get the update automatically. I'll buy another subscription for Cobalt, so I don't miss out on the automatic updates.

I am sorry, but there is not automatic update system in the Cobalt. You have to check updates from time to time manually.
