Morning :) I am still having issues with these fields not displaying fully for any user that has not been set as moderator. At least that's how it appears. I thought it may have to do with cobalt not wanting non-registered users to upload so I created a registered group called Requester and assigned a test user to the group. Field permissions, type permissions, section permissions are all set to requester can create, but the fields still do not show properly. In global the permissions are set to create as well and I have created an access level and assigned requester group. I have n ow tried everything I can think of, and I'm sorry to be your biggest nag, but I could really do with a little help here :D

Screenshot below - as both the gallery and the file upload field behave this way, logic tells me that it must have something to do with upload permissions??

Judah,

i tried to visit your website and see the problem there, but i dont have permission to access it.

Anyway, while waiting for the page to load, i noticed how slow the header image(crrheader.jpeg) loads.

After checking, i found out that it is 370KB, which is too big for this.

You might consider replacing it with the attached version, which is around 84 KB.

This will load much faster (4-5 times) and has visually (almost) the same quality.

It is not a smallest possible but provides a good compromise between size and quality.

Unfortunately it is not the solution for your problem, but might help also a little bit. :D

If I log in as admin, I see what you see. If I log in as requester, this what I see:

We have a little confusion here :D he sees it, I don't..... if he was logged in as admin that would explain it, otherwise it's really weird.

how did you do that???

There was JS error because image field is not loaded for non-admin. So I fixed that JS code.

Hmm.... I'm assuming that is one of whatchamacallits that tell the doobey-do when to brillig the ploepie.... I have a lot to learn lol, but at least it's comforting to know that it wasn't something utterly idiotic I did - you are today's hero.:D
