If I only want the alpha index to show without the "on this page" list would I have to remove this in the template or is there a setting to turn this off?

Thank you

:)

Jude,

I'm not sure, if you are referring to the list "Title Index". You can remove the index under your list template settings, under section List Elements:

Hello :) I don't want to disable the alpha index but the "on this page" list below it. I seem to recall from Resources that the two were connected somehow, but not sure.

Thanks,

Jude

Then simply follow my advice ... it will only disable the Page Index. :D

If you want to "finetune" the alpha index, you will find the settings under the "markup" template settings within your section.

It is a title index in articles list template parameter. Screenshot by @sack.

Yes, I'm afraid I was being very obtuse. I kept reading alpha index instead of title index. An aberration no doubt brought on by long hours and not enough sleep. i promise to try to limit my idiocy in the future.:D

It is a title index in articles list template parameter.

BTW, title index... should't it link to the list item by #anchor i.e. recordID# ? I can see the link on the title index names, but it is not in the list below? Is it missing?
