I do not know why but for table _emerald_subscriptions field id lost auto_increment flag. Tyr to update everald over. If it does not help, change manually. Probably you where working with DB directly and accidentely changed that AI checkbox.

Got to your PayPal and see IPN history. Find notification that filed and copy/pase here all data that it sent.
