Strange things with relations fields in submit form

This is how it looks after save relatiosn field in submit form. 2974 is ID of Woolim, and 4791 is ID of IZ*One. why it displays this way? This does not happen in all sections. https://i.postimg.cc/3wwmn9Wv/problem-realtionfield.png

Try to change input style of relation fields.

Do you mean the duplicated input (+) ?
Most likely a javascript issue or clash of IDs or same classes.

Did you inspect the page source or the browser console? Any errors?
