Author edit in record submission page

In which file I can edit template for author field in submission page? It opens modal, but as I use BS3 template on joomla modal windows does not show correctly.

This modal has class "modal hide fade in" but my tempaltes bootstrap.css file has class "hide" with display: none !important; which don't allow to display modal window

I Found file meuser.php in location /libraries/mint/forms/fields and edited modal code and modal window is displayed now correctly but is this only solution?

I think it will be overwritten if mint media pack update will be released.

I cannot delete it from library. It will stop working on other sites. You can create plugin which works onafterrender, get the full site body and make a replace.

Just a quick and dirty idea. What about RegularLabs.nl Modals system plugin?
Maybe it is smart enough to "hijack" that specific URL in that context.
