Hello Sergey,

I have emerald working well now with Hikamarket on http://artrageus1.com. Vendors are buying a subscription and then the action sets them up as a vendor with the right user group. That's all great.

Now, I want the public to be able to buy products and checkout. In order to do so, they must register and create an account during checkout. When they do, they get this message: Error EM_PLEASESELECTPLAN

The public does not need a plan to register for an account. Did I miss a setting somewhere in Emerald that is forcing Emerald for all Joomla registrations?

Screenshots:

Thanks for your help,

Dawn

Maybe. In the Joomla Plugin Manager, search and open the plugin "User - Emerald Subscriptions". There are two relevant settings:

"Enable plan selection during registration" and "Require plan selection". In your case both should be set to "No", obviously, especially the second one.

Hope it helps.

artisanwebandprint In order to do so, they must register and create an account during checkout.

There is SDR and RDS. You have eneabled SDR in Emerald user plugin. So now it requires plan to be selected during registration process. And when Emerald trys to create user, we get this error. Turn that off.

I think what you need is RDS (Registration During Subscription). This is eabled in plan parameters.

But also I am not sure if it is going to work with hikashop integration. Test it.

Thank you both for your responses! I set the second option to "no" - "Require plan Selection" and this has fixed the issue in the shopping cart. I will test further to see if their are any other issues, but it seems to be working now.

Warm Regards,

Dawn
