I need a way to record the method of offline payment which the user is doing to make in order to able track receipt. For example the options are: Cheque, Standing Order, and BACS.
Addtionally, for those users who chose to pay offline by Standing Order I also need a way for them not to receive the expiry email as payments are automatically made by their bank on the due date until the bank is asked to cancel the standing order.
