Move from mootools to jquery

Hi Sergey!

Is there any chance to leave behind mootools in the near future? I think date field and upload field are outdated. On local networks (intranet sites) upload field doesn't work as expected!

This is the plan, to finaly get rid of mootools. Let's see how it goes. And I have to say it goes really slow.

I do not know. To write review on JED perhaps. Anything that will make Cobalt more popular can save the situation.
