Question 1: The my hompage tab counter shows only the amount of records that the user created. Is it possible to include amount of records which was posted by other users?

Question 2: In section user menu there is Featured link but on user homepage there is no tab Featured. (Latest Cobalt)

Since is is user personal homepage it is dedicated to that user. If you want to show total use statistics module.
