Support,

I created subscription plan and set the submit limit to 1. Then I setup a test user with a subscription. Then I logged in with the test user and the history states "limit 1", "used 0". Then I submit a record. Then the history states "limit 1" "used 1". Then I go to submit another record and the system allows me to submit and the history states "Limit 1" "Used 2". How can I stop the user from submitting past the limit?

This is how I set the system up 1. Subscription plan = limit usage 1, usage limit mode count ever access 2. emerald setting in type = selected plan in restrict submission and selected "yes" for count limit.

If I add 2 identical fields, and set the restriction add to the associated plan, and set count limit to yes, and the user only purchases 1 associated plan, both fields show in the form, and if I submit the form, the limit in the subscription history is over the plan purchased amount. Will the thursdays fix correct this so only one of the two fields show unless the user purchases more plans?

2 fields will add 2 numbers. If you what only one number, then for one field set do not count.

I think my question was confusing. Let me rephrase.

I setup a plan called 'Add on a text field' for $1.99 each.

Then in the submit form I add 5 text fields and restrict them to the 'add on a text field' purchases

Using a test user, I purchase (1) 'add on a text field' for 1.99. Then I start the form and all 5 text fields are active but I only purchased (1) text field.

Does each field need its own plan? As the admin, I only want the amount of add on text fields active according to the amount of 'add on text fields' purchased by that user.

I see.

This is not how it works. Usage limit, limit how many times you can use it but not how many fields. If you created field, restricted by plan and user has that plan, then user can see that field. And count that field is used is only after article is saved.

SO you whant that is user have 5 subscriptions he see all 5 fields? then yes you have to create 5 plans and call

  • Have one text field - $1.99
  • Have two text fields - $3.99
  • Have ....

Then in first field select one plan. In second field 2 plans and so on.
