Submit One Record, Emerald Count Limit Counts Twice

Support,

Just updated to the latest version of cobalt and emerald. The type is submission restricted with count limit active. The plan count limit is 4 with 'count every access'. Using a test user, I submit the form and then check my subscription history and it states I have used two of the four, but I only submitted one record

I just installed the most recent versions of your software and the count is still doubled. Please check your software or can you check my site? I feel like this is a core function of your software yet I can't seem to get it to work.

Is anyone else experiencing this?...

All fixes will be in the next release. It's uploads on site every thursday, so it's not yet released, but fixed.

Okay. Another issue was the user plans not deactivating once the limit is reached. Can you check to make sure this is fixed too?

Do you екн with registered user or admin? Sometimes rstriction rules are not applied to admin.

Registered User. I updated to the latest cobalt and the plans deactivate when limit is reach. Everything is good.
