Hello Sergey,

Is it possible to add an option to cobalt records module to decide if you want to load mootools or not ? On my side I customized the module and I don't need the moootools loaded for it anymore.

I have no idea, probably there can be something improved on that if mootools is not needed no reason to load it, specialy that the file size is kind big around 500kg, this is huge amount speaking on site load speed.

I hope Sergey can help with this.

Cobalt require Mootools right now. We cannot allow user deside because we need it. If user turn it off then something will not work.

I understand that but for example, I use records module to display just latest items in homepage with title and link to that item (removed the other options like item settings etc ) so I don't see a reason the module to load mootools files.

Did you try Mootools Enabler/Disabler Among other smart global options in the plugin, it allows to enable/disbale per MenuItem. Hence MenuItem parameters.

Agree ;) Maybe a Cobalt template or field is the cause...?
