Integrate Cobalt notifications into easysocial notifications

Hey Sergey,

From what I`ve read there may be possible to use easysocial API to integrate other components notifications into easysocial notification system, do you think you can make that available for Cobalt ?

Not possible. This is only one rule format. But we have different section. In one we what notification in other not. In one section we want only new article notification in the other section, article ratings.
