How to restrict certain parts of Jomsocial

Is there a way to restict parts of the Jomsocial such as group view or creation and event creation in the Jomsocial calendar.

My links look like this but I cant seem to get the restriction to them to work. Any suggestions?

As long as there are URL parts which can distinguish the JomSocial tasks and views... it should work.

SHow screenshot how you created your restriction. Did you enable restriction Emerald plugin?

These represent 2 different tasks: 1) to restrict group views or creation in JS and 2) to restrict event creation in JS.

Read the description carefully and compare the given example. The URL parameters are **separated by the "&" sign. You have mixed the informations in your first value field. And also in the second URL parameter.

Try this:

view
=
events

AND

task
=
create

AND

The ItemID is not necessary, IMHO.
