I've installed Emerald 9 successfully, but I can't find a way to see subscription members that I brought over from Mighty Membership.

I can't see them in the back-end (as I could in Mighty Membership) or in the front-end. I created the 3 links in the front end but none of them allows me to see or effect subscribers information.

Am I missing something? Please help!

Please read instructions how to migrate your subscribers.

hi Sergey

I have migrated the subscribers as detailed. I have even uninstalled Emerald 3x. Now when I try to create subscription plans or sub history I get an error message which keeps me from finalizing the creation of both menu items. This is very frustrating, again. If I gave you my log on to this site off line, would you please investigate.

Followed instructions.. again, now I'm getting this message when I select import:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JApplicationSite::Cfg() in /home/womenabo/public_html/cms/wab2.5/components/com_emerald/views/emimports/view.html.php on line 87.

Hi,

So, how or where do I get the "bug fix"?

I have fixed it and released a silent update.

This means you can download latest version and this bug is fixed there.

Sergey,

That did it! Thank you.

I only have one additional issue with the control panel: When I attempt to add a user manually the screen goes dark, as if going to the user window, but never allows me to see the user list to choose from.

Try to switch template. If it works in the other template it might be bootstrap issue that is loaded with template.

What Joomla template are you using?

Yes, I'm using the J 3.0 version of Purity III, a very popular Joomla template that uses Bootstrap 3 and T3 Framework.

Is there no work around?

We cannot support Bootstrap 3. I do not think it make any sense to create template with BS3 support. You can create layout overrides for all Joomla core extensions, but all 3DP extensions will not fit anyway.

The only workaround is to create override for every Emerald view.
