Cross Plan Restrictions Error

Getting problems purchasing a plan requiring another plan in the Cross Plans restrictions, even if the user has the required plan.

Just keep getting the something went wrong message when I try to assign the plan.

If I remove all requirements to purchase then it does assign the plan.

The way I'm working is when they sign up and purchase their main plan they are silently added to a hidden plan, they then can access other plans providing they have the hidden plan. It was working during testing but now its gone live something seems to have gone wrong in the last update?

Even manual assigment follow all the plans. The fact that you are admin does not allow you to add plan that require other plan that user do not yet has.

I am not absolutely sure why you create hiden plan. I cannot explain on english but if you you for example assign plan B when user purchase plan A and then check plan B when purchase plan C, why not simply check it against plan A?

Also question:

Do you mean that you want to set user to plan A that require plan B without user actualy have it?

Anyway give me this

User you want to set plan to
Plan that you want to set to user
Admin credentials in private comment

And I'll tell you what is going wrong.
