I'd like du give access to a forum via emerald. Users, who are not registred and who did not bought a subscriptions should not see the forum. Is this possible?

Yes of course. It even can restrict particular categories. Universal restrictor is capable of that. And you can create few rules. One rule restrict list views and other full topic views. Or may be you want users to see list of the topics but restrict only full topic view? Or may be you want to restrict topic submission? Or replay?

All that is possible.
