VCS Payment Gateway Not Working

Hi Support Please Assist ASAP

I have just updated emerald to V9.204 - The payment is not going through now.

It gets stuck at: Please wait... We are transfering your order to VCS.

Please also note: re-occuring transactions, the week and month time frame are switched. If you choose Reoccuring for 12 months - its actually 12 weeks If you choose Reoccuring for 12 weeks its 12 months.

Please also note the Reoccuring [Yes/No] is not working - If I try to disable Roccuring - It still wants to process the transaction on a reoccuring timeframe.

Please could you correct this ASAP. Our Sites are live and We are unable to Recieve payments with this down.

Unfortunately I did not keep any information about your project.

I need from you

  1. Link to your site again.
  2. Login name and password.
  3. VCS documentation file.

The problem with "We are transferring your order to VCS" is in all browsers? What I mean if you cannot get to payment process how you know about recurring problem?
