getting error while creating new types

I am getting this error with latest cobalt version " JFolder: :folder: Path is not a folder. Path: ........./public_html/components/com_cobalt/library/php/comments " while creating new types

Try to install cobalt over again. Somehow comments wahs not installed. DO you have any error during installation?

error while installing Warning

Plugin Install: Another plugin is already using directory: /public_html/plugins/search/tags

Package Install: There was an error installing an extension: plg_cobalt.search.tags.j3.v.3.1.zip

also field folder has not been created

I have just reinstalled an older version 51 . thats works fine. But 55 throwing errors and wornings with fresh installs
