Is there any way to list article by user category?

Hi. I just want to know is there any way to list records by user category instead of normal category? My Idea is to show a section with category submitted by the user. that user will not be able to view other members category

Cobalt has 2 categories. One is public category structure that is visible to everyone. And one is user personal single level category. Those categories are visible only on user personal homepage.

Just eeable user categories in section personolize parameters.

Thankyou i am aware of how personal category and section category work on cobalt. I just wanted to replace normal category with user category in home page. However I have got answer that cobalt setting is not possible how i want it. I will try to code new template for category to achieve this result
