Possible Zip files Corruption

Hi, i can't load a lot of package just downloaded from download section because Joomla say 'error unable to open archive'. some Zip file seems bad. example: Cobalt package - Everything (for J3)

on my pc i can't open archive with normal unzip programs.

Confirmed .. the 8.498 everything package seems to be corrupted. It was working before the weekend, when i downloaded it ...

All files were curapted. There was a notice echoed out and saved in the file.
