I suggest improving the alerts features by adding
payment reminders for:
- Offline payment requests that are still pending after xx days
- Online payment unsuccessfull
Also it wouldn't be bad to improve the "coupons" with the
ability to have automaic coupons generated for a payment request alert.
The strategy is that if the customer requests to pay offline or the payment is
unsuccesfull, you send them a payment reminder alert (or several reminders) after xx days
and you also have the ability to give them automatically a coupon code
to regain the customer.
By some e-commerce "gurus", this has been reported to raise sales up to 20% in some cases!
