I'm wondering if anyone could give me some advice as to how I would work out why my applied filters are not being removed when I delete them. When I click delete, I get the message that they are removed, but when I reload page, they appear again. Thankyou. Dale.

Try to turn off Joomla cache and other cache component installed on your site.

Try to logoff and then login. If that solve issue this is sesion problem and browser cache. Sometimes there are browser extensions that cache pages.

Sergey Sometimes there are browser extensions that cache pages.

I have set a filter on a list page in IE, opened the same list in Chrome without any filters set, and the page shows the filtered results I have set in IE! Like techutopia, I can't delete a filter anymore.

Alright, caching is not activated on my site. But an enabled System - page cache plugin will result in Cobalt filtering issues. After disabling the plugin, filters are again deletable.
