Hi, this question might be simple, but I could not find the answer on my own and not in the forum as well.

We need to create some fields for a directory, one field is 'Price Range on Week Days' and the other field is 'Price Range on Weekends'.

How can we achieve this, is there a way to create a range field from a text field or any other available field element please?

it depends what you want to achieve.

Do you want to display different prices on weekends or do you want to display them at the same time? Are they computed from external sources or just a plain text field, etc etc ...

For example, if you want to display a different price on weekends, i would suggest to do this through a customized template. You might want to describe more in detail what you are looking for.
