If you have any plan setup as Life time period and if you are using change user group plugin, then the user does not get assigned to after you create a subscription for that plan on frontend. I think this is a Bug.

Actions are not triggered when subscirption is created. Actions triggered when user open any page of the site.

  • Make sure Emearld system plugin is published.
  • Add new user subscription in the browser you are logged in as admin.
  • Refresh any page in the browser you are logged in as user you created subscription for.

Sergey, I tried all suggested by you, but it is not working. When you setup the period as lifetime, then the user does not get assigned to after you create a subscription for that plan on frontend. It works well for all other time period like if you set up for number of months or years or days. But if you setup period as lifetime, then it does not get associated with groups.

I see. I have found it and fixed. I consider this high level bug so I will update Emearld today.
