getting errors on frontend when using galary template galleria.io

I am gettnng error as below:

Fatal error: Theme CSS could not load after 20 sec. Please download the latest theme at http://galleria.io/customer/.

has anybody encountered this?

Yes, gallery field. This error message sometimes come, sometimes dont come. when i see next time, I will attach it here.

May be galleria.io script trys to load somethign online and it is not available? I was even not aware that it does.
