Attach existing -owner- records

There is a parameter in field called user restriction. But remember this will be ignored for superadmin. He will always see all records.

This parameter "Not user strict for"?. If so I changed it and nothing happened.

You should set "Not user strict for" to Noone or Super admin. Then only admions will have all articles and others will be filtered by current user.

Somehow it works now. Go figure...

What does it mean "inversive" in tooltip for this parameter?

It measn that parameter works backword. It does not limit users of selected group, it limit users other than selected group.

Btw, can we add more tooltips to Cobalt official releases. It will help admins to understand things better.

Sometimes changes are so minor that it makes no sense to mention becuase it does not change anything. But i am trying to add change list to every release where changes are important to know.
