search module?

Currently, there is no separate module.

Until then, you may place the search and filter area with a custom "markup" template. Thats the main container template, that includes all other templates. This doesn´t have to be top-down, it could have columns as well ;-) Assuming you want it in the left or right sidebar...

I know, not ideal and a very rough and dirty workaround:

you might also add CSS and certain positioning for moving the area to the left or right.

Maybe better: Load nessecary Joomla modules/position in the Cobalt markup template. Should be possible. This way, you can still use the space below the search.

Unfortunately there is no such a module. This module will be created only for Cobalt 8. Because Cobalt 7 lacks some things inside to make it possible the way we want it to work.

Ok thank you! It's a pity that cobalt 8 has not yet a release date.

However it's not a priority for now.
