Insert option to strip URL's from e-mails sent, perhaps using regex.
I had lots of troubles with a site that even with captcha on contacts forms, there were clients receiving spam URL's from competitors websites.
The perfect solution was that all e-mails were queued and only cron processed after approval but i believe validation would be enough for now.
