UTF-8 order bug

The select field (and i believe perhaps all others that have order values) orders correctly but when using UTF chars it's buggy.

for example a word starting with Á is ordered last.

This is PHP issue. Locale have to be correctly set

Thanks for the link!

Just noted that this seems to be PHP on Windows problem, as the same snippet with de_DE.utf8 used as locale works on a Linux machine. Nevertheless a solution for this Windows-specific problem would be nice...

Well i'm using Xammp on Windows, i will test it online! thanks
