I configured cron as you described, here's the result (set to 5 minutes):

  1. I do not see task=cron.sendAlert in the URL

  2. Also add lang=br or it will redirect and produce 303 error.

After fixed the cron.php it now displays a blank page, is it normal?

However the events of the section is untouched (Cobalt default) and send e-mail option is set to YES.

I receive e-mails from acymailing and Joomla default registration (activation link) so it's not an e-mail configuration problem (smtp)

I added a record as a user and approved it, no one received any kind of notification and i went to check table js_res_user_options and it's exactly as it was 2 month ago when i posted a screenshot.

I see. now i have found that all alerts sending mechanism is wrong. I have to redo it.

Working on localhost. I deleted the content for table js_res_user_options table for not confusing.

Added a record as a user and checked table js_res_user_options, but no results.

Approved the record as administrator and checked the table, no results.

You mean no results no data in user_options or no emails sent?
