Not seeing payments on the Emerald 8 Backend

Look those are settings of plugin. You need to enter it in the settings of Subscription plan. Open subscription plan for edit and fing 2co slider there.

I went in and attempted to entered these details into my 'standard' plan I have set up. I entered both the Vendor code and secret word for 2CO in the section you showed above.

The system gave me the message: 'Error saving plan'. I have attached screen shots to show you, are you abel to login and see if you can set these.

I have fixed that. You have backuped correct table with OLD postfix and used old table with is not correct. The patches had to be applied to table. I think you have missed some SQL patched while it was Mighty Membership.

Thanks Sergey, I will go in and do the set up and test this. Does 2CO have the recurring payments working now with Emerald 8? In mighty membership it never took recurring?

Paypal had disabled my IPN messages for some reason. So I went back in to reconfigure and enabled it again. To confirm, my IPN url should be just:

From Paypal:

Notification URL http://www.professionalsoccercoaching.com/index.php

Is this correct for my site or should there be should different here?

For PayPal any URL is correct. because every order override IPN. So this should be perfectly correct.

The payments are still not going through after I have done all this set-up. Please can you go into my backend and verify everything is correct as this is still not working.

I apologize for long not responding. Are we talking about 2Co not or PayPal? What is not working? I am sorry but topic is so long and after read it through I got lost what is the issue now.

None of the payments are currently going through. I cannot receive paypal or 2CO payments currently. Please can you log in and try some test payments to see what the issues are here. I believe all the set up is correct. I am receiving payments in Paypal and 2CO and they are not showing in the Emerald 8 backend on Joomla. In particular the recurring payments I have had in the system are not displaying either. We upgraded from Mighty Extensions to Emerald 8 but the payments have not been working.

Please can you test with both paypal and 2CO to see if you can see where the issue is. I posted the login details to the joomla backend 3 posts ago. If you need any paypal or 2CO details I can give you those also. I attached a screen shot showing the payments I am receiving in Paypal that are not showing up in Emerald 8 backend.

I think I need your paypal account. Or copy.paste URL from IPN history my last 0.10 payment.

It looks like the IPN was disabled again. Here are my account details. You may have to redo the payments after turning on the IPN again to see what is wrong.

Yes it appears that new Paypal payments are now showing. I will let you know if one of the existing recurring subscriptions shows up in the backend also now. Should be one in next few days.

I tested for 2CO and processed a payment using my credit card through 2CO button. I got the confirmation emails but the payment is not showing up in the emerald 8 backend and the subscription is not being created in the system. Below is the email for the 2CO order. This payment is not showing in the backend:

Please check 2co payment now. I have made some changes to your 2co account.

I just did a test for this subscribing through 2CO. The payment did not show up in the Emerald 8 backend and a subscription wasn't created. Below are the details of the transaction that didnt go through in the backend:

Please also log into the Paypal account. I received some recurring payments in Paypal in the last day or so that are not showing up in the emerald 8 backend. So there is still an issue with the recurring payments. You can see also the IPN message history is stuck 'retrying'. Ignore the transaction: 2PX26453WM1785412 that is for another website.
